Process Engineer

Responsibilities:

Prepare control plan, Gauge repeatability, reproducibility study and FMEA.
Monitor and improve process yields, precision-turned parts’ quality and process capability.
Meet set targets for machine utilisation and efficiency.
Address customers feedback on parts’ quality and provide corrective actions.
Ensure parts meet customers’ quality and delivery requirements.

Requirements:
Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 2 years relevant experience.
Knowledge of SPC and ISO / TS16949 & ISO 9001
Understanding of Technical Drawings

Location:West (Transport will be provided at Woodlands, Choa Chu Kang, Bukit Panjang, Bukit Batok, Jurong areas)

Salary: S$ 2K – S$ 3K / Month

Working Hours:5.5 days / Week

Quality Engineer

Responsibilities:

Responsible for supplier quality, FA inspection, quality improvements and inspection activities.
Plan and facilitate ISO/TS16949 and ISO14001 audits
Work closely with supplier and vendor to comply with quality criteria.

Requirements:

Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 2 years relevant QA experience
Must be familiar with ISO/TS16949/ISO9001 quality management systems
